What has been happening at GubrachWell we had a lovely quiet time over christmas here at Gubrach, we decided to give the horses a break for a while as as you can see from the results page we had a very good 2008. 'Swalesmoor Apollo' In summer 2008 I got an e-mail about this handsome chap, as soon as I opened the pictures I loved him and I then forward them to my great friend 'Sylvia' and next thing I knew we had a vet in vetting him, and a couple of weeks later he joined us here at the stud. 'Apollo' is rising 4yrs this year and is by 'Tyreos Lord Jim' and out of 'Glanvyrnwy Marian'. We started backing him a couple of weeks ago and he has been so straight forward and easy too do taking it all in his stride and even riding around our indoor school off the lead rein in walk and trot the very first day, we look forward too getting him out in the show ring in-hand in 2009. I would like too take this oppertunity too thank 'Sylvia' very much for helping me be able too get 'Apollo' home to stand next too his sire and siblings.
